Welcome! I'm Nail Tech Jai. I'm a home based nail tech who's been doing nails since 2018. My address is not available on my website, I'll be sending you the location details after you've set up your appointment with me. Here are my policies and rules:) Late fees and extra fees: Keep in mind I have a time frame of 15 minutes. I expect you to be inside the room within the 15 minute time frame for your appointment to not be considered a no/show. My late fee is $10 at 10 minutes of being late and you will be immediately cancelled if you are late past the 15 minute mark. I have a 25%, no show fee when you don't arrive to your appointment. You have to give me past 24 hours of your appointment that you will not be arriving at your scheduled appointment. Do not wait last minute to tell me you can not make it to your appointment. Change fee: When you are setting up your appointment, and on your appointment date, you decide to last minute change your service (especially a service that takes longer) you will be charged a $10+ fee depending on the time differential. Please let me know before hand if you'd like to switch your services to avoid this fee! Guest policy: I will only allow one extra guest on the premises. If you are not of age, please bring a guardian with you if possible. If your guardian cannot stay at the appointment, please make sure your guardian is aware of the nail appointment and consented your nail appointment. Rescheduling: I will only allow rescheduling with the same deposit, once. You must reschedule past 24 hours before your appointment to use the same deposit. If you ask to reschedule anytime before the 24 hour notice, your appointment will be canceled and youll have to pay a no-show fee of 25% and you'll have to pay another deposit to book. Food and drinks: No food will be tolerated during the appointment hours. Please eat before or wait after appointment. Beverages are allowed. Cancellation Policy
Send me a message when canceling. You will not be refunded any deposit if your appointment has been canceled. Change of service (for example: booking for a short set, then changing to long on the day of the appointment) a fee will be charged + full price depending on the time differential. A time frame of 15 minutes to spare when you are running late. After 10 minutes a late fee will be charged. After 15 minutes your appointment will be considered cancellation/no-show and you'll have to pay another deposit to book again.
